Order Processing
We process orders quickly! If your order is placed before 9 PM CT, it will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 9 PM CT will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Replacements
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a clear photo of the damaged item (if applicable). Once the issue is verified, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We want your experience with DoggyButt to be smooth and worry-free.
